I have dealt with Ron on difficult items and I have referred others to him as well. He will not sell you an incorrect or inferior part. I understand that he is kind enough to accept returns no matter what the situation. At least I think so, nobody has ever returned anything that I know of and we all have been super happy with everything. Everything as described or better, well packed, shipped fast.
Maybe most importantly he is a really nice person with outstanding core values.

Ron is a wealth of knowledge on these Pontiacs, Very friendly and easy to deal with, will answer questions and he knows what parts in the aftermarket work and which ones are not worth purchasing. I buy all my stuff from Potomac because I know when I get the order it will be the right parts and the quality will be what I expect. I spoke to Ron about my GTO project, he advised me ways to save money and he knows his Pontiacs !! I then went to the store and he invited me in and spent all the time needed to advise me on the correct ways and offered me the parts at a very reasonable price! Great man to deal with!!!
