Our 2020 MACK Anthem has been a charm, lowest repair costs in our mixed fleet with one exception, chronic charging / battery depletion issues. We’ve been through the MACK system of dealers and TEC N Las Vegas encumbered all of our frustrations but listened attentively and finally, a dealer fixed the cause rather than the system by deep diving and finding misrouted wiring on our APU and grounds. It took time but all we wanted was a cause and solution. Hat’s off to the TEC North Las Vegas Team. We plan on routing our tractor through NLV for all Maintenance in the future also. Highly not recommending going to this dealer again. I ended up paying more than 6000$ instead pf paying less than 500$. Here is my story with this Volvo dealer. I had an issue with the cooling system. They gave me an estimate on first day but they want more testing to do. I approved that and told me to change a lot of parts worth of 3300$. Which i approved cos i had a load with me. After waiting for parts for about 3 weeks, they send me anther estimate to change the water housing and other parts which comes around 6000$ in total. After a long discussion with the service i agreed to do the repairs. But even after changing about 18 parts, after they do a road test the truck has the same issue. Then they come to know the issue is with the thermostat . the thermostat was stuck closed and needed only to change the thermostat.. not the water pump or the water housing or any other parts. They just charge you cos they work on commission.

Very friendly and they went out of their way to help get me on the road. I was very grateful for this since it was Saturday and their service department was closed.

bad place! do not come here, you will spoil the mood here! the staff is rude, they hate their job, they say on the phone that there are spare parts in stock in the store, in fact they are not! I hope they close this business and there will be something better than them

I havent had anywork done here i just came to pick up a new starter the staff was friendly and helpful. Do not pull into here with your trailer attached to the semi or u will be backing out to the streen when you leave. Its a small facility and no room to turn around or manuever at all
