WHAT A JOKE.

Me – “I need a motor mount off the EcoBoost Flex on market place”

Chelly – “Sorry I cant help you the car hasn’t been dismantled yet”

Me – “Ok??? Can you call me when you dismantle it”

Chelly – “Ya I can do that”

2 weeks later Chelly wont return my voicemails or emails.

I have always had good experiences with J & R in the past and look forward to working with them in the future. Some reviews claim to have had difficulty with warranty claims. I personally have never had a problem as long as the part was installed correctly and in a timely manner. Thanks J&R.

Don’t buy the warranty they have a very hard time backing it up i bought a warranty on a transmission form them for a customer when i had issue in 1/18 they would not return my calls had to drive over a sit their in person a wait for the own Jason Fisher to show up and be willing to talk about the issue this after leave a dozen phone calls for him to return. So for my customers benefit i went over and stood around in their lobby until he would talk to me. finally after almost two months got my customer taken care of. Now here we are on 8/8/18 call over again with issues on same transmission. Now back to the same game of no return calls when he says he will. I own a repair facility and do about 20,000.00 to 30,000.00 worth of used parts a year wish i had a place i could count on.
