The whole experience was great. They offered me premium price for my junker, without the fuss, and they did so with great customer service! It is in a convenient location. I’ll be utilizing their services for my future use parts. Additionally, the gentleman answering my tire questions was extremely helpful.

I definitely was impressed with the quantity of vehicles present. They have a system that tells you what ROW the vehicle that you are looking for is located in, but I found that the information regarding the “part” requested wasn’t always accurate which was surprising given that when any “part” is sold it should automatically be updated in said system. $2.00/person to enter the yard. I bought a radio/cd player AND the WARRANTY for $35 which is IMPORTANT because it did NOT work & as such I’ll be able to return it WITHIN 30 days for my money back. Unfortunately, it’s 60 miles round trip, BUT I knew that before I went there.
BEWARE! BOGUS WARRANTY CHARGES! Went to the East Bethel location, bought parts and was charged a “warranty” cost on each, individual item without being asked if I wanted said “warranty” for a total of an extra almost $50! This is ridiculous! Why would anyone need a warranty on lug nuts or mud flaps, or a piece of rubber trim, etc. or anything from a bone yard for that matter? I was extremely PO’d about this and tried calling them but that does not work because they only have an answering service, no humans, and you cannot leave a message either! After getting home I called my bank, they were shocked by this and they opened an investigation, and I was promptly given a refund of the total amount of the “warranty” charges plus tax that was charged on top of the “warranty” charges. Be sure to use a credit card and not cash so you too can have your “warranty” charges given back if/when they rake you over the coals. Also, check your receipt to make sure they are actually identifying each part correctly as I was also over charged for something because it was misidentified. I will not be going back there, ever and will warn others about this too…
Awesome place! They generally have at least one of each kind of well known cars. Current inventory on their website. Bring your own tools and get used car parts, some in perfect shape, for dirt cheap prices.
Edit: 2 years later. Went today to get an ABS module. They were still extremely helpful about where the cars are and even printed out a list of all the vehicles they had in my specified range. Online it says under electrical that any module other than an ECM is $11.16 and an ECM is 25.10. I went to the counter with my ABS module and they wanted $43. And some change. They classify the ABS module as an ABS pump witch is a completely different part and are not sold together EVER even by the manufacturer they are different part numbers and are sold separately because they have different functions. They told me that if I went back and took the ABS pump off as well as the module it would be the same price. So they’d lose money giving me another part for free instead of just charging me for the module and letting someone else have the pump. We did have a discussion at the counter and everyone was very professional but they said nothing would be done about the way they these parts are listed online.
