They didn’t have the party I needed but they took the time to call a few businesses around and get the actual part number and where I could go to get it. They went way above what they needed to do for me.

Well. My experience is 1* for what I bought from them and believed that they’ll sell me a good truck. And 1* (just because Ridge Thorne) tried to be friendly.
I got a semi truck. He’s told me that truck has no problems at all.
1. The exhaust was almost falling out.
2. I got very bad tires on drive (with nails in and different objects, that occurred to change them on the road because they’ve blown up)
3. Past only a 7-8k miles it won’t regen. Had to tow it to dealer.
4. Transmission is got fault after 10k miles around.
5. Steer tires very poor quality.
And there are more small things to count.
Be very careful when you deal with them, and don’t get fkd like me!
AND YES ! For mister Ridge Throne.
I hope you’ll make as much money in your whole life as I made till now with this truck!
Rush used to be great to deal with. But the last 6 months have been ridiculous. They never order parts in a timely fashion, half the time they are damaged. The damaged ones they try to sell to us anyway and then fight us on shipping. The outside salesman has been great to work with, the rest of the parts staff are rude and couldn’t care less.
They do top notch work hand down. Had them rebuild my motor top to bottom on my dt466 rollback and all is good they went above and beyond thanks to christan and tanner in the service department
Old man in parts is always in a terrible mood. Go to Utah. Get treated like your appreciated. I got a call to the shop and manager sounds like he was concerned so to me that a new review. My manager told me he reached out to us. I will give them another chance. Just remember it cost nothing to be kind.
