Our family highly recommends Rusty Hook and Tom for used auto parts! We searched high and low (nearly 20 phone calls) for an electrical part for my step-son’s 2008 Impreza and Rusty Hook had one on the lot. Tom Beerman is a saint! After much time consuming, back-and-forth communication the required part was identified, Tom pulled it from the junker and even gave suggestions on how to safely wire the new part in. He took care of shipping it out to CA and gave me a tracking number. Communication was excellent.

Got a hard to find engine from this place for a Subaru. They had the best price I could find, best mileage and engine runs great and burns no oil. Customer service was helpful, patient and friendly. I talked to a handful of salvage yards and they were the best by far. They delivered to my mechanic and made everything easy. Looking for parts for another vehicle so I’m looking here again. Highly recommend.

Steve, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He gave me a fair price for my car, enabled me to efficiently complete transaction with electronic funds transfer, and even mailed me personal properly inadvertently left in the car. I highly recommend working with Steve and the Rusty Hook team!

Just called to inquire about services. Unhappy customers in the background, don’t think I will call in the future.
I recently received a response to my inquiry at which I planned to update the rating to 4 stars considering the over the phone experience. Upon viewing I find a response confirming a situation even worse matched with sarcasm.
In the future I advise you to inform the customer and ask them to remove the rating or consider your response. Remove your sarcasm and I will update the rating.
