The worst customer service I’ve experienced at any business. The older gentlemen communicated only when prompted and would give two word answers. I called ahead in the morning for a passenger side mirror which they were to set aside. Upon arriving at lunch, it wasn’t set aside but they assured me it would be done within 20 minutes and they would call me to confirm. I received no call but returned 2 hours later and the part was still not set aside. I asked when it would be brought, and the older gentlemen gave 2 word answers, did not apologize for the inconvenience it caused, and said “it will be a minute”. I allowed the older gentlemen to be disrespectful towards me in his lack of communication since he is older, but it isn’t right so here’s my honest review. I accept mistakes and slow service but not a lack of concern for customers.

Called about getting a transmission for my car. The guy was nice and friendly. Told me they were behind on pulling parts. Ask for my name and number and said it would be about a week. Well the week is up but no one has called me back yet…
Update: It has now been 16 days since I initially called. Still have not heard from Speedys. They should change there name to Grannys.
I am going to LKQ tomorrow to get a transmission. I can’t wait anymore.

Wouldn’t go to them even if they had everything I needed. Called about a fuel pump and tank and it’s like he didn’t even look it up. I told him year make and model and Before I even finished the guy said no we don’t have either and hung up. Wouldn’t even give one full star rating!!!!!!
