Outstanding customer service! I made a phone call regarding a junk car on a property we are renovating. They were able to schedule pick-up within 48 hours of my initial contact. The vehicle had 4 flat tires and was down a narrow drive behind the house. I was amazed by the technique of the driver who was able to access and retrieve the non-running vehicle without disturbing any of the construction areas! Al was a total pro! Everyone I spoke to was always super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company and would use it again.
Great customer service and will try to work, within reason, to get your car picked up in no time. They are also great at keeping you updated on the time they will be there which is, in my case, right on time. I had a great experience with them but unfortunately couldn’t find my title.
