When you get stuck in a unfamiliar town and you know no one, you need to rely on references. Hansers was one company that we were told to call. I called them and they were able to quickly get the needed parts and make the repairs! Gareld was great, he was quick and attentive and even made the kids laugh. Great service! Called via AAA and they showed up in two hours, which was my only gripe. The lady on the phone estimated me an hour and it took twice that. Other than that, the tow man was very friendly and he got there to the destination just after we did in our second car, so it was great overall!
Fantastic help in the middle of the night miles from Nowhere. Hit a large deer with out truck and trailer and these fantastic guys towed us on their amazing flatbed truck and towed our trailer. Dropped us off at hotel, stored our trailer and dropped our truck off at the Chet dealer and put the keys in the drop box while we were at the hotel. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
Outstanding! Repaired our U bracket on the trailer axle so we didn’t need to be towed. Performed emergency replacement of our overheated and smoking wheel. Got our trailer back to us the same day so we didn’t need to spend the weekend dry camping in their parking lot. Checked all the other brakes to make sure we were safe. Great customer service! You just don’t see service and quality like this very often.
They came and got us quickly. Had no problem with us having 3 large dogs, driver was friendly and took us to a hotel that accepted our dogs. The shop got to work quickly and fixed the problem so we could continue our trip
