Horrible as can be! I had a conversation with the seller via messenger on FB. We set a time to meet up, once i showed up i went in to the main office to explain the reason i was there and they all seem so confused. I showed them my conversation and they said the car was sold but that I can come tomorrow …. ??? What for ?? the car was sold !!!!! …this place is ridiculous and unprofessional

Great location for parts if they dont have iT they can get
I sold my wrecked car to carbrain.com(yes,someone will buy a total wreck) and this is where they sent me. Brought it here. The 2 girls at the desk were friendly. When i asked for a tool to remove my plates one of the guys said they don’t have any but gave me one anyway. When i struggled removing it one of the ladies offered to help and showed she had experience doing it, so I’m not embarrassed for the help. Gave them the title, paid me cash in hundreds. Happy to have cash, sad to say goodbye to my car which would be two years shy of 20 years with me and never gave me a single problem…i regret it now but that’s another story.
