They were awesome! It was Memorial day. We were stranded in the middle of NOWHERE in Wyoming. After dealing unsuccessfully with insurance for an hour and a half we finally got a great agent who flat-out said they couldn’t help us (we were a large pick up towing a 19 ft 5th wheel) and we were better off arranging our own tow and submit for reimbursement. Called Butler Towing about 3:30 in the afternoon, explained the situation and was told they could help us. Within about 30 minutes Chris pulled up, got us hitched up (truck & RV) quick. We had to drive a few miles to find a place we could turn around on the 2 lane hwy. He took us to a little RV site about 10 miles back from where we broke down. He arranged for a shop for us, dropped us, our 3 digs and RV off and then dropped the truck off for us. They went above and beyond anything anyone would or could expect!!!

Can we leave 10/5 stars? We broke down just north of lingle, called Chris, he was there super fast, got the truck loaded onto the tow truck, had already set up the repair at a great shop in torrington. Dropped the dead truck off at the shop and offered to take us to a restaurant and/or hotel if needed. So helpful! So professional! Best experience ever, besides our truck breaking down.

We sat on the side if the highway waiting for Good Sam, who said it would be at least 5 hours. I called Butlers, and in less than an hour, we were on our way. Very responsive, professional, and friendly. So happy they answered my distress call! Thank you so much!!
