Called on Monday and they picked up vehicle on Tuesday as discussed. There was a problem with scheduling due to new computer program but they did get someone out to pickup the vehicle. Their dispatcher that my wife spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The driver was nice and polite and everyone was very professional.
