If I could give 0 stars I would. I found the part I needed online, then I called to confirm the part was available. I made the purchase immediately. A week later I still havnt heard anything so o called. I got Ed on the phone who is apparently the highest worker in the company who informed me they no longer had the part and the email informing me of that must not have gotten sent. Nor was my refund issued. Ed has the attitude of a 4 year old who has no respect or care for the way a business is run. It seems like if I hadn’t called they would have just kept my money. 0 star company with below 0 star employees.

They had a pass rear door for my exact year & color Infiniti.The door was shipped to my work in better condition than stated.They carefully remove parts from vehicles (no cut harnesses/brackets,ect)The glass w/motor,lock actuator & outside handle,door speaker included.Just bolt on & plug in & done.

I ordered two parts for my BMW from this company. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone to order with was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I ordered at 3:00 PM, and the parts were shipped the same day. One part I ordered was correct on the company’s end, but not correct on my end. I wanted to ship the part back. The company has a hassle free return process, which isn’t something you see with all used car part companies. The part came with a free return label, and the return shipping was paid for by the company. I was timely refunded upon the company’s receipt of my part. I will continue to check here first for all of my used part needs. They truly went above and beyond to earn my business.
