Today is the 2nd time I’ve driven all the way here only to discover it has been closed early. Staff shortages certainly suck but if this is a frequent occurrence, figure out a way to notify your customers or just change your hours of operation accordingly. Also, prices are typically much higher here than other yards in town & their facilities don’t seem as clean. However, the staff is always super friendly, and that is a big plus.

Shop here if you want to get scammed and waste your time, absolutely expensive at any LKQ. Even my mechanic told me that’s why not many people come here because of the price gouging. Highly recommend going to Colorado Used Auto parts off Santa Fe, really good customer service WAY cheaper parts with warranty on their parts for free. Or even U Pull U Pay still way cheaper and offer warranty you don’t have to pay for. Went here for trim for my Del Sol , Trim wasn’t all that nice but gotta make do with what I have but for the 8 pieces of trim they charged me $150 , I would at least pay $50 bucks at other junkyards. But for that price I’d expect them to take it off for me. Like Erie Auto Salvage does off I-25 and even they’re nicer and offer great deals and warranty. Out of all my years in many junkyards I’d avoid LKQ. I talked to the guy to clarify the prices as well , he did say they increased the price that’s fine , but to the point of where it’s practically the price of brand new parts it’s crazy. This is a junkyard for Pete’s sake. Used parts in total I was about to pay $356, no warranty if I wanted warranty it’d be $405, no thanks. Trim at the other places are usually $5 a piece so I expected to pay $150 but that’s just ridiculous. Also I can afford it but why spend that kind of money on used parts that eventually land in the dump or recycling centers. I had to leave it all after spending a bit of time gathering it all. I was super excited I use to like this place. But now money is more important than providing good customer service, and decent prices. I also got the Targa Top off the Del Sol and they charged me $90 , but T-Tops on their site cost $43. So will be returning these things soon. If people have questions on good junkyard places I have a whole list of other places that offer cheaper parts and better customer service.

The woman that was handling the entrance fees was amazing very friendly and personable, she is the reason for the 2 stars…I came to visit from outta of state and thought to look for some parts I needed and was unable to find in my home town. I had taken a picture of the part I needed and shown it to the woman that was handling entries and she told me the cost and told me what would be extra, thinking I got a great deal I pulled the part I needed. Now the cashier who was checking out parts was one of the rudest people I have encountered in a while. She tried to charge me for as piece of felt liner calling it a panel liner which it wasn’t. Tried to charge 30 dollars for an electric hatch that wasn’t electric. She then proceeded to random look for parts to charge me for. I asked repeatedly what she was trying to charge me for and she ignored me, she then proceed to come from behind the counter to turn the trunk lid over I realized that she was looking for things to charge me for. I left the parts there, I am not going to get over charged for something that I had already got priced. Man this place really has gone down

This place has stinks and are ACTIVELY TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF! They are 25-100% more expensive than their competitors and dont care or make exceptions when shown that they are charging more for parts than they are new! They intend to charge you 98 cents for every and any bolt, and then on top of that, they charge core fees for parts they are never going to rebuild, and make you buy a warranty just to have the ability to bring back parts that don’t work! It’s shocking when a junkyard has no ethics or appreciation for the spirit of reuse and waste diversion, but has instead set themselves up to take advantage of the entire supply chain. I won’t be coming here anymore. What a great example of how not to a business where customers have very few if any expectations.

I made an appointment with this company to pick up my car. I took off work for it thinking they would honor the arrangement. They told me they would call and pick up between 9 and 12. It is currently 2:09 pm. I received no call and have had to cal them over 6 times accumulated over an hour on the phone. They aren’t sure if it will be picked up today or what is going on. I think this company is trash and needs new management. Lost a day of work and now my car is at risk of being towed by the owners of the property where it is broken down. I wish I could leave zero stars. Pathetic
