Bought a car and was sent here to have the car checked out. When I arrive the receptionist does not greet me or ask me any questions. I tell her that I was sent from the place I bought my car to check it out. The owner and the receptionist continue without acknowledging me. After a free minutes she asks for my keys. Does not ask me any questions or offers any information. The customer service here is non existant. Had I not been referred here by the place I just bought by car from I would never bring my car here to be serviced.
The most honest repair shop in the city! Took car in for repair, the needed part was not going to be delivered till late afternoon, instead of making me wait all day Repair Envy sent someone to personally pick up my dealer part. For the inconvenience Repair Envy didn’t charge me extra from the price initially quoted, even though dealer part was more expensive! Thanks again Repair Envy for my VIP repair!
