After over 2 week and countless phone calls made searching for a couple of replacement rims for my car with no luck I called and spoke to Russell and within just a few minutes he was able to check and verify that they did in fact have exactly what I needed. Talked to the guy late afternoon yesterday about a part. He said he had it & our name was on it. Drove an hour away to be here when they opened & the guy has the nerve to say he sold 150 of them after we talked to him & ours was 1 of them! No I’m sorry no nothing! Come to fund out from other customers he does that ALL the time & hes worthless! Never deal with him! The customer said to always deal with the woman here or dont deal with them! Sorry excuse for a business!
I use to get good service from this company but the service you get now isn’t good at all. I get better service at dollar general stores!
