I’ve got to say the owners and employees of Windsor were a blessing to me and my granddaughter ! Their honest help and fairness with her car amazed me… another shop told me she needed a new engine $ 6 to 8 K
Their mechanic ( Jason )got her on the road for $ 500. !!! —— they deserve lots of respect. Give them a chance and you’ll see too. !
Pulled the wrong part after giving me the run around for a month on the phone. I should have known then it was going to be a problem!!!!! I never have been given the amount of excuses I heard as to why I couldn’t get a part pulled before in my life. Then you pull a part that doesn’t fit??? Get it together up there!!!!! I’d hate to think you guys out here trying to hustle people..
They were extremely helpful . They didn’t even have the part I was looking for. Larry Carson found the part elsewhere and retrieved it for me ! Great people to do business with. THANKS LARRY!
Thieves I took my mini van for an oil change they messed up the pan when screwing too hard the bolt and made me pay for the whole reapir , part and labor
