I wish I could change the rating. I bought a part that had to be ordered in September. They verbalize a one year warranty (my fault for not getting it in writing). I brought the part back today because it quit working. They said that it is a 90 day warranty and is expired. They even tried to say I did not get that part from them, when I unequivocally did buy it from them. I have done business there for many years, but neither me nor my family will ever do business there again.
I paid for a tire and after I left discovered it was not the exact size of my other tires even tho it says on the receipt that it is. When I called back to ask about it they said it wouldn’t hurt it but I can definitely hear and feel a difference in how my car drives.
Well my family have been doing business with these people for over 30 years, they are really friendly folks and they want to satisfy you when any customers come to their business, I recommend this business, Great Job Well done to the Harvey family,
I can just about always get the parts for my truck here. Plus they are very reasonably priced. I recommend everyone in need of auto parts check here first. U probably won’t be disappointed.
These folks are polite and homegrown like purple hull peas. I have taken my scrap, from our home remodel, down there and got some good extra cash. The parking/drop point could use some clean up…but its a scrap yard so junky is cool.
