They got me right in, diagnosed the problem, had the part and had me back on the road within two hours from seeing oil puddle to repair done right at a very reasonable price. Worst shop I have ever been at the building is nice but the the manager Ray has swept floors for inland for 40 years and he still doesn’t know what an engine looks like or how it works no experience except for the 2 bakers r the only ones that know anything but Brendan does not turn wrenches and Tyler is always on service calls 2 twenty year old mechanics isn’t going to get the job done

Traveling tru in our motor home, we hit debris in the road, tore out the exhaust system and damaged the drive shaft. Luckily we called Inland Truck Parts and Service and they told us to bring the vehicle in and they would get right on it. They quickly determined what needed to be repaired, ordered parts and handled the requirements of the insurance adjuster. A day and a half later we were back on the road. Thanks for the great service!

They listen to what you want done and try to accommodate your wishes. We’ve had a couple of times where they forgot to finish up correctly and tighten up the needed parts but overall they’re good people.
