No show. Scheduled the tow 2.5 hours ago. I called for an update 1.5 hours ago. They said “45 minutes”. Called twice 20 minutes ago. No answer. Mailbox is full. No return call. So I’m stranded until another company comes.
Choose another towing service if at all possible.
Very amazing customer service even though the reason why I came here was traumatic very heartbreaking the pain of losing a loved one due to a car accident it’s not something that I wish on my worst enemy but I appreciate you for allowing me to be able to reflect over the last minutes of my loved ones life and letting me know how dangerous a vehicle can really be I pray you never meet this man but if you do he treats you very nicely very understanding and will explain anything to you.
