The Customer service from Todd is amazing todd was extremely helpful to me and John even went out of his way to wrap the bottom of the seat so it doesn’t tear my back seat and he also helped me put the seat in my car. Bought a salvage car for my son. The team at Granby auto salvage took good care of me. Car needed some brakes after we purchased it and they had no problem addressing the issue. The next day my son drove away with new rotors and brakes on his car. The best part NO CHARGE!!! Try that at a used car dealership. Great place to do business. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they had to search for a part for me but took the time and located one. Went to pick it up was in and out quickly and back on the road.
Had caliper pulled within an hour and offered free returns if it didn’t work as anticipated. Only needed bracket but was cheaper than new. Friendly and courteous
