We were extremely satisfied with the assistance that we received on
August 1, 2020. They were helpful in picking up and scrapping my daughter’s car. They answered all our questions to complete the paperwork.
I would recommend L & W Salvage when your vehicle has seen better days and you need to get rid of it!

Stay away! Worst customer service. Always make up stories and do something on a PC trying to give you the impression they are doing something. They have only junk, nothing more! They promise to bring in your part but never call you back. When you give them a call they always make up stories. The manager acts like he is not there if you are there asking your money back or the status of your order. Worst place! I dont understand how they are allowed to do business like this. It’s been in a while and I never heard from them about my part, I just bought a new one from Autozone. The funny thing is I read bad reviews about them but still decided to go and give them a try…trust me the reviews are correct!!! Beware!

Rude. No help. Overpriced. Wanted to charge me $20 for a one inch spring I pulled from a Truck windshield wiper armature. “That’s our minimum charge. It’s posted. Take it or leave it,” the guy said. I immediately drove to Paul’s auto yard. The guy greeted me with a handshake, asked if I needed any tools, walked me out into the yard and pointed to where the truck I needed was, then wouldn’t take any money for the part. “It’s a one inch spring,” he (Scott) said. “Just tell friends about us.” I left my business card, said I did pro bono graphic/web work for one great group a month, and I owed him. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM L&W AS POSSIBLE. Go to Paul’s in Westville. Thanks.

Very bad place won’t let you in unless you call them and they won’t answer for like 15-30 min. And now I understand why there is glass everywhere

Worse junk yard ever. Wanted $30 for water pump that costs $39 at AutoZone or $27 at RockAuto. Disorganized, cars thrown in the weeds or mud. You will come out with 10 ticks on your body. Not sure how this place stays is business.
