Great service yes but that is completely ruined by the fact you cannot call the actual business and instead get routed to a call center who has no clue about anything and only refer you to the website which in my case doesnt help seeing as they only show you the inventory on the lot and i need to ask about the battery rack. Less than satisfied.

Lived near here driving past it daily for a decade before finally realizing what the place was.. now Im probably going to be using the place at least once a year.
So far we have had to wait all morning for our truck to be picked up between 8-12 o’clock. They did not call. When we called it took them 20 mins to find us in the computer after just setting it up 1 day prior. We were told to call back in 30 mins if we didnt recieve the call. Again it took 15 mins to look us up in the computer. We are now being told that it will be 2 o’clock. There is no direct communication with the bangor location. Im not even sure at this point that bangor knows to meet with us. So here we wait
