My office contacted United Metals inquiring about picking up some tin from a job site in Boise. We were quote one price and what they paid after we badgered them for 2 months was 70% less than what the had quoted us on the phone. An absolute con! We’ll never do business with them again.

I was so impressed with how I was treated and how organized this recycling center is that I had to
tell the manager how happy and impressed that i was. Of all the recycling centers that I have been in, this place by far has been the best ever. On a scale of 1 < 10, they rate a 20. I felt like a VIP and they made sure that I got the most for the different types of metal I brought by helping me sift through the different metals. The staff was very helpful and kind. From telling me what to do, where to go in the yard and helping me unload my trailer. Also them being open on Saturdays is AWESOME!!!!!! I drove from Caldwell. So I could properly get rid of my stuff and not send it to the land fill.
