They came today and picked up my 2010 Dodge Avenger I really hated letting that car go I loved it but over all customer experience they were so polite James was the tow truck driver he was really sweet and held a conversation which I liked over all experience was the best hands down! Addendum – I’ve spoken with owner and he took care out my issue right away. He seemed sincerely concerned.
Initial review – I’ve contacted them four times for receipt of the car title as the driver who towed my car didn’t give me one. It’s been two months and my tag is due and I have no proof to show tax assessor office I no longer own the car. And for last week and half I’ve left two voicemails and no-one had called me. And i never made an issue how the driver of the wrecker gouged up my drive way and tore off the front bumper of the car as he tried to load it. He definitely did not appear to be experienced.
Always a good experience. The staff is always helpful and I usually find the parts I’m hunting. I always check with these guys first.
