Nice people, BUT, I saw a bumper that I needed on car-part.com, called Cartecay Used Parts to confirm the part was still available. I offered to pay online and they assured me they would hold it for me until I arrived later today. I drove an hour to get there, waited an hour for them to try and locate the bumper and then was told they did not have it. I drove another hour home. They did tell me where I could get one another hour away and $50 higher than theirs. Three hours wasted because they wouldn’t take the time to go and make sure the part was actually in stock. Frustrating!

If you need someone that knows vehicles then this is your place. The gentleman at the counter is always very helpful in assisting with even the most odd ball requests that only experience can provide. I have even been referred to other yards that he communicates with even if he didn’t have my part. Can’t say I’ve had the same reliability everywhere.

I’ve always had a great experience with their are parts…VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY and it is all around a great place photos looking for great quality parts… I would recommend anyone that’s looking for parts contact the I’m pretty sure they have what you need..
