Service ruined the batteries on our Imagine 2500RL and blamed it on us, then would not replace them. When I dropped it off, I turned off the battery disconnect. While it was there, they turned on the battery disconnect. When I picked it up, the disconnect was still on and the batteries were dead. When I got it home, I discovered that the batteries were over discharged and ruined. I called and I emailed, but they did not take ownership of their mistake. Aloha was acquired in early 2022 by a national chain. Lots of staff turnover. Their focus is now on profit, not customers.

Edit: after they showed the RV and gave him the keys, they tell him he needs 2 form of residency to take the RV. After 6 hours this is resolved. Than he gets it home and they didn’t do what they said they would do, change one of the awnings. So he has to drive it back there to get the work done. Garbage customer service. 0 out of 5! The part below was still true.
I was just helping my friend pick his RV up. They did a thought job explaining everything about the features of is new to him rig.

Total hack job of a brake controller install!!
Absolutely nothing was connected to the proper fuses and they used those crimp wire taps everywhere, nothing was waterproofed and they left wires dangling on the chassis.
We are now 5,000 miles away with no brake lights!!!!
Now I have to figure it out with limited tools.

Aloha, I am not coming back to your establishment.

I was on a road trip passing through Albuquerque and I was having trouble with my trailer lights. I called 5 other places before talking to Aloha. They took down my name told me to come on in and they would make time to check out my trailer and truck. When I arrived they knew who I was and one of their service advisors, Josh, jumped right into testing my truck and trailer. He pinpointed the issue within 3 minutes and I was back on the road within about 10 minutes. The best RV repair/service place I have ever been to.
