Very weak customer service.i call for bumper for my Vehicle.They said they had one,and they would call me when is was ready.i waited a week,no call.They said they would get it ready and call me next week.Next week came and went,no call.Its been three weeks now.i give up and I will never call these clowns again.
I don’t like putting used parts on my truck but I didn’t want to pay a lot for a drive shaft. So I used these guys the drive shaft cost $51 bucks and it was the original with the original u joints I was very very pleased my mechanic put it on and my truck drives great with the drive shaft on. I want to thank you guys a lot you saved me hundreds! I will use again.
Awesome to deal with, very quick and great customer service! Being a girl owning a car lot I’m sure they cringe when I call because I never know exactly what I’m looking for. They are so knowledgeable and efficient whoever answers the phone usually understands what I’m talking about! Thanks guys!
Gave 90 days warranty and when we sent the part back to them they say they don’t do any returns. part was bad. and if you don’t do returns why give your customers a 90 days warranty ? spoke to rick who was very rude as well. now i gotta call my credit card company
I had been calling all around in and out of my state of PA looking for a particular part to modify my truck. Needed a power steering pump bracket off of a specific model vehicle. You would think it wouldn’t be that hard. Most salvage places blew me off and wouldn’t return my phone calls. “Nah, we don’t have that” or “We get those in but we crush them”. “Nah, too old”. Never took the time to even look through their inventory. I have two toddlers and no time to go digging through a U- Pull-It. What I needed wasn’t that hard to look for. Gentleman I talked to said he would send somebody in the yard to look. I got a call back saying they had exactly what I was looking for. This place really helped me out and got me what I needed and offered to ship it to me. Could not be more greatful. Top notch customer service. I will be dealing with them in the future if I need any more parts. I’m a parts manager and work for a large central PA auto dealership franchise and I dont even get that kind of service from my local vendors.
