Lady from front desk is extremely rude. I would give minus star. I drive 4 hours to get a part but it wasn’t ready. Definitely never come back. People from long distance strictly stay away from this business!!!

Woman working the counter was a very friendly, helpful and strong woman. She actually helped me put a fairly large Civic Coupe door inside of my Civic Coupe , and no it didn’t fit through the trunk so we got it in through the passenger side & as she said, we “tetris’d” It through the interior and got it to the back. Very patriotic business that supports military and law enforcement, would definitely go back (but hopefully I don’t have to).

Expensive and will give you higher prices if you call back for the same part. If you ever bought anything from them you were robbed. Parts are more expensive than new item. They take advantage of your lack of knowledge.
