Called them and the guy that answered the phone flipped out because I asked a question he said I shouldn’t be asking him questions he should be asking the questions I wasn’t rude or anything to him but he freaked out on me so I hung up would not suggest this place to anyone no I said I need a drive shaft for a 04 chevy silverado 2wd 5.3 you said I think I have one and I said is it for a crew cab and you flipped out and see people if you don’t believe how bad the service is look at how this child responds to bad reviews

I could not be more pleased from my experience at Best Priced Auto Salvage. Ali, went above and beyond to help me and found alternate options to fixing my Fiat 500L. He was also so kind to explain how things work and gave me great recommendations. I was truly clueless when I called but now have a sense of where to start. Thank you so much!!!

Call them for a part they told me it would be $10 to pull I ask them why they charge me $10, said that’s what they always do has never charged me before told him that and then he hung up on me terrible customer service. And by the way their price is not the best price called another salvage yard got the part for $35. Their price was $75. The owner seems like he does not care about his customer service. It seems like he does not take responsibility for anything his business does he seems to think he’s always right. Definitely not a good businessman.
