Purchased the power door mirror and it was defected mirror. Tried to return it but they refused it because electric part are sold as is condition. Before I purchased this part, they told me to come at look at the part on the car and then they can remove the part from the car. So I went there to look at it but the part was already removed and they told me it was tested and it was good. When I put it on, it was not working as it should be. They keep telling me all sales are final and refuse to refund it.

Don’t trust these guys. They will promise you days and wouldn’t fulfill their commitment. Also they gave me a wrong part and when I went to return it, they were rude and would charge me extra for their own fault and would push me to exchange for a cheaper part for the same price of original price. They are a big scam, liars and cheat. Go somewhere else.

They gave me the run around with the engine for a couple of weeks. They was telling me they didn’t have power so they couldn’t take the motor out.. then I call the manager and he said he’d get back with me but I aint here anything. The motor I got already had bad heads on it. The timing chain brackets was also broken.. I’m not saying there bad place to shop but I had a rough time with them..

They are a straight rip off. I’ll never refer no one to them. I bought a transmission from them on a Friday, found a better deal on Saturday. I went back to them Monday and they said they would charge me 35% of my money for a re stocking fee. They told me I’d have to wait 8 to 10 days to get my part. If you don’t already have it what’s the re stocking fee for. They don’t tell you there’s a fee if you don’t want the part until you don’t want it.

These place is a complete rip off. I bought a transmission which they guaranteed to work. A certified mechanic that installed the transmission said they should have never sold it to begin with. After all the lies and deception, they refused to refund my money for trans. After speaking with J who was completely un professional and rude. I discovered that southern auto has a history of fraudulence and unlawful practices. We decided to take legal action.
