Shoulde be a zero! I should have read reviews b4 calling here. Would not have wasted my time. Tells ya one thing and never gets back to you or responds to txt messages of phone calls. Dont waste your time here! Call someone else! Bad business.
Well, I see why this place has a 2 star rating. It was way better when it was Dave’s Auto! I called for an alternator two days ago and they said they’d pull it! Had my daughter go all the way out there, sit with kids in heat for an hour and then sent her home n said he’d get by end of day. We had both called owner and worker, (nathen), and they keep avoiding me now.
He then, calls my daughter at 2 -3 am last night and texting her, saying he’d get the part! (She ignored him and was freaked out). Then called today, during normal business hours, to be ignored, once again!
What kind of business is this?!! Those are not business hours! I usually don’t even leave reviews, but I had to on this one. I’m also putting this on the port Huron page! Terrible!
I called the junkyard and asked him if they had a vehicle he says yes first of all he didn’t even say the name of the junkyard when he answered the phone unprofessional he said they have them so I went there and they are closed and they’re not supposed to be closed they say they’re supposed to be opened so bad business advised no one to come here
The guy barely answers when you call and ignores you when he replies back. Doesn’t care to pick up the phone or make an appointment. This guys a bum.
He made me waste almost 2 days of not answering and changing plans that he couldn’t even make a solid time for me. He’d rather hangout at his house and not do business. Never come here. It’s very trashy.
I called and spoke to him on the phone, was told he had a car very close to mine and that it definitely had the relays in it. I told him I would be there in 20 minutes and asked if he would be there, he said yes definitely. I showed up 19 minutes later and not only was he not there or anywhere to be found but his employee and I look for the car for 30 minutes only to discover it was never there.
