Terrible customer service. Arranged to view and pick up parts, they sold parts b4 I arrived. I fulfilled my end they failed on theirs. I will not recommend this business to anyone and I will not do any business with them under their new business name monster junkyard.

Had been searching for some rare seats for my car for a very long time. Found a pair with these guys and I could not be any happier. One time I got stranded in the middle of Hartford, flat tire! I had no spare or kit to replace the tire. I called this shop in Springfield and they found a way to get me a spare tire and kit within the hour. It was quite amazing to see the staff help us out. Peter was the one we spoke directly with. He made us feel at ease and took care of us immediately. Will never forget the experience.
