This is my home away from home. The best place to get your used car parts. They accessibility. And the best stuff you could ever ask for. Along with hot coffee at all times of the day. Not to mention to friendliest after you’ve ever met. Really I have to rate it a five-star hands down. I will always bring my business to this place, and continue the shop with them forever. As well as being helpful to staff is knowledgeable and can help you. Really you just need to check it out for yourself and I have to say it would be worth it

I don’t go here often because in the past several years they haven’t had a lot of newer stock, but I was browsing online recently and saw they had a 2014 Q60, I nearly fell out of my chair. No one locally has had one of these for parts so I rushed out there the next day. They had had the car for a month so most of the good stuff was gone, which is my fault for not checking sooner, but I got two interior panels I’ve been on the hunt for since buying my car three years ago that were nearly perfect. The girl at the register was super friendly and when she saw them, asked if $6 was ok. Hell yes it was, I would have paid $50 just to have them. I’m now checking their inventory more frequently and hope to buy from them again.

Worst customer service. Treating customer like trash. Racist to customer due to background. Unclear directions of operations. Parts cost was all incorrect online and spot location. Not worth the business and horrible people to do business with. Do not do business with unprofessional customer service skills. Lack of operations skills. Demeanor towards Non Hispanic customers. Don’t waste your money here go somewhere else. Please don’t disrespect my Father and Husband due to our background. Fix your price online so you don’t have to waste our time.

In many cases you would be better advised to just order new parts to repair your vehicle. Okay for body parts, if the price is agreeable. Remember you have to disassemble and remove your parts before you buy them. Okay, for hard-to-find parts.

This is my local spot, i be coming here for parts. Its chill and have water/coffee. Parts are decent and they seem to have a little bit of cars….but still save my life..come over here and get parts
