I called about 5 tow companies. Towing 10 miles with a vehicle that is drivable onto the tow truck should cost roughly 100-150$. I was told by other companies up to $185 and was given so much attitude and spoken to disrespectfully.

So I called Buzz. He was kind-spoken, honest, upfront and even suggested I call another company closer to the drop off destination so I could save some money.

His honesty is what earned him this review. !

He willingly gave the business to his recommendation, to benefit me. Most people wouldn’t do that. Not only was he truthful and had my best interest in mind, but his recommendation was also kind to me and spoke to me with respect, as well as was timely and easy to schedule with.

Being a 30 year old female, it was obvious that the other companies were charging me the higher prices right away, assuming I didn’t already do my research, and when I started to ask for description how they came up with such a high price they would get an attitude.
I was grateful to Buzz for treating me professionally and quickly getting me taken care of between himself and his recommendation.
If you are looking for a tow, don’t want to pay over-priced fees, and want to be treated with dignity Call Buzz.
