I went to Moses Lake Auto wrecking with my boyfriend to pick up some parts he had ordered the day before, I felt the gentlemen that worked there had horrible customer service. They did not have his parts ready and when we asked how long they kind of blew us off. They acted like we were a bother to them and did not seem like they wanted to make the business any money.they claimed they had not got parts yet cuz they had been to busy which I found strange considering three of them were just sitting I office /front counter area chit chatting. .I requested a part for my
vehicle and they asked one question. And then I had to run to car to grab paperwork on vehicle when I went back inside there was no one to be found Very rude I left bad business. I will never go back

Customer service was good . I even was able to exchange the tire that I had just bought that had a hole in it for one with even better tread that one of the employees had found for me. Thank you for your business helping me so much. Will be coming back soon

Prices are for OEM parts. They are very good prices. If you want dorman garbage that most of the time don’t fit or work out of the box. Go cheap. OEM is the only way to properly fix any vehicle. Learn the price world before saying they are over priced. 100% of you are backyard mechanics that obviously suck…. (Lol overpriced Lmao)
