Pretty good visit this time. LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since they’ve gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight) and increased their prices across the board at all locations. Lines were long here, but tsomewhat typical at this location. If you see something you want here don’t wait too long because vehicles are rotated out sooner than typical.
They had a few lines open but took 10 minutes check out. Don’t forget to get the stock number or they won’t let you check out now. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific location’s site.

No stars! Trying to charge me brand new pricing for used parts. Cashier kept changing the pricing throughout the transaction. Trying to charge me for a front bumper when I was just buying the front lip. Telling me I would pay more for new parts. When I looked it up the new parts were less than what she was trying to charge me. I spent hours removing those items in the heat just to be ripped off in the end. The manager also stated we were rude when I was questioning the cost. It’s super fishy how we are not allowed to see the screen to actually see what we are paying before we pay. Walked out empty handed, no sale.

They over charged me. I specifically got a screen shot of their price list and carefully took everything apart and took exactly what was needed. Calculated the total price before walking up to the cashier. she rang me up and total came out to 28 dollars over. The pieces I took had no core charge and I specifically asked for no warranty. Make sure you print out or have a copy of the price list when you go to pay for your items. They also do not have copies of the yard map available so their website saying whatever lot has so and so car is useless. So make sure you clear out your schedule for a couple hours because you will be wandering aimlessly un and down the isles.

Been a customer for over 15 years it’s not what it use to be. Prices are to high for you to take time to remove your own parts. Cannot price check before going in anymore. It’s sad when it’s cheaper to buy parts online then do all the work to retrieve your own. LKQ is not worth my time anymore especially when engines are cheaper just shipped to my house with warranty. YOU really dropped the ball.
