To profit from a visit here, your vehicle needs to be one many don’t have because every vehicle looks as pictured or worse.
The details on the website are pretty correct but since so many people come in, you need to be a hawk to even get something good.
Everything’s smashed up or broken, scratched or dented. It smells so horrid you might pass away before you even make it back to the entrance. I’m not even gonna talk about the employee experience because it was non existent.
Its 3 dollars a person and you bring your own tools which is a pretty good deal, but it’s Russian roulette as to whether or not you’ll get something. Ultimately I looked through 5 vehicles and found absolutely nothing I could use, and at the end of it I was still out that money, plus the employee experience, and that smell.

I was a little nervous coming here from over 100 miles because of all the negative reviews. However I didn’t have any problems. I thought the prices were more than fair and the staff was extremely polite, positive and helpful. They asked what I was after and told me the where abouts of the vehicles I was looking for.

It’s impossible to get any help over the phone. Whenever I finally get past their menu, I get to an automated message stating that I have contacted them outside of their business hours. The message then goes on to say when their hours are and reveals that I am well within the time frame to call. Some of the menu options just end the call once they are done and there is never an option to speak to an associate. I don’t think this LKQ is owned by Keystone, the one on Pawnee is and I have had much better experiences with them.

Nice people working here but place is a junk yard and risk is high that you may run over scrap metal. They don’t put any effort in keeping it clean for truck deliveries or pickup. Damage to tires or underneath truck could be likely. Did damage to mine and I thought I was being careful. Enter at your own risk!!!!

Car inventory isn’t accurate. Parts prices listed in the app don’t match what they charge when you get to the counter. When asked about the discrepancy, “I don’t know” is the response. Don’t even think about asking the staff a question unless you are ready for a rude, I could care less attitude.
