Not only are the employees rude, but management is just as bad. The man tried to argue and talk down to me telling me what I need to understand. What You need to understand is better customer service. Do not waste your time here

Wow what can I say about this place I love the honesty I love the devotion to the customers if for.some reason I can’t find a part they always refer me to someone that can help however I usually find what I’m looking for thanks euro parts I’ll always appreciate how trustworthy and dependable you all are to the public

Called about a engine and talked with a very nice young lady after giving year make model as well as vehicle identification number i was told they had the engine in stock that i needed was told there were 2 ways to pay online or meet the driver and pay at the shop the next day i tried the online payment in the email they sent to me and the form had another customer’s info on it i kindly told them id rather pay at the shop ..The next morning i called Euro Parts to check and see what time i needed to meet the driver and pay this is were things to really turned bad the man who answered the phone wasn’t aware of what was agreed too on the payment method and accused me of lying and called the young lady on the phone to confirm are agreement and not only yelled at me but yelled at his co worker while on the phone with me then cancelled my order and hung up on me after i explained that as a customer i didn’t expect to be treated in this manner or did i need to hear him reprimand his co worker in front of me i called back and make sure my order wasn’t being cancelled and the guy answered telling me i need too admit i was wrong and he would send out the engine and after that they sent the wrong engine after i gave all info the day before of what engine i was looking for even if it were the right engine this thing was badly rusted and smelled burned wasn’t even the right year I’m so glad I didn’t pay online because i doubt i would have gotten a refund after the way i was treated i would never do business with these people again
