Wish I could give zero stars. I am very disappointed in this whole facility, when you go into the bathroom in the office you instantly feel disgusting. The door handles are covered in grease and dirt. The management used to be great but it has gone down hill tremendously. You honestly feel like your the only one out there getting a hernia trying to unload! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Besides that the prices are typically lower than their competitors. Pacific steel and recycling has treated me much much better. Don’t waste your time with this place!

I am personally disappointed with the functionality and productivity of the workers out there. Primarily with the guys who run the equipment and help in the yard. There has been several times I went out with loads and was stuck unloading tons by hand. My loads aren’t easy and light things to throw out either. I constantly have vehicles, motors, transmissions, etc… In fact they are so un productive that one day I went out with two vehicles on a flatbed trailer and instead of receiving help they sat and watched me and my brother struggling to flip whole cars off of it and the girls in the office even told me “please leave a review, this isn’t the first time today they’ve ignored us and not helped or done their job”.

A great place and great people. Jody is always eager to help me and one of the nicest people I’ve met. The girls in the office are kind and helpful. They also get you through the scale quickly. I give that business a big thumbs up and 5 stars.
