This place is wonderful! Being a woman, it’s often scary going into a mechanic shop alone. My lack of auto mechanics knowledge has been taken advantage of at many other shops. The employees here are kind and honest and have always fixed my issue without adding on a bunch of other fees or saying I need to do this or that then charging an arm and a leg. I really appreciate their courtesy and will continue my business here!
One of the best shops around! Friendly crew and management. Honest with repairs needed as well as fair pricing to match. High quality work done in a timely manner as I’m a mom and don’t have much time to wait around. As a woman I’m afraid of shops taking advantage but the manager showed me the problems and explained the risks and how easy to fix it would be. 10/10 recommend and I will be returning and using this shop only! Not to mention the exhaust mechanic did a great job and my car sounds awesome!
They thought they had us over a barrel and tried to scam us.
Me and my wife walked in as first time customers looking to get our cars fixed up for our 1500 mile move in a few weeks. We told that to Scott -who apparently thought that since we we young, needed our cars in great condition, and we were moving far away, it was the perfect opportunity to charge us for thousands of dollars of superfluous repairs. (Who needs to be honest when they aren’t going to be a repeat customer, right?) Quoted me for over two thousand dollars of repairs which basically would have rebuilt the entire front rack of my truck. On top of that we were charged nearly two hundred dollars for them to diagnose my wife’s broken AC.
Imagine our surprise when we got a second opinion on our cars and it turns out those repairs and the AC diagnostic were totally bogus. Les Schwab did an inspection of my truck and found less than half of the issues that Master Muffler found and quoted me at less than half the price. An AC specialist took a look at my wife’s car and found the problem in three minutes, which wasn’t even close to what Master Muffler diagnosed.
Went back there to get our money back on the bogus misdiagnosis and was told by Scott there was nothing he could do and that we’d need to bring it up with corporate. Its hard for me to believe that he couldn’t jut refund our credit card.
Had my muffler and most of my exhaust replaced on my 1993 geo, and these guys did amazing work! I got it in at 8:00 in the morning and they were done with it at 11:00 and it looks great all for a very reasonable price. Would I highly recommend for your exhaust work needs!
Scott and the shop did a great job. My truck now runs a bit better and sounds a lot better. I’m really glad I took it to them. I would recommend them.
