Novella’s Auto Wrecking is an auto salvage yard located at 114 Triangle Street in the city of Danbury, Connecticut. As a junkyard, salvage yard, scrap yard, or wrecking yard it is dedicated to providing its customers with quality used auto parts. The business offers a variety of services including taking in old junk cars and breaking them down for parts. Customers can save money by purchasing discounted used parts from Novella’s rather than buying new parts from a parts store. Additionally, Novella’s will often scrap out old vehicles that have been damaged beyond repair and recycle the metal. They are proud to be able to make sure that unused car parts don’t go to waste and that the salvaged materials are properly handled in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, the facility also offers container service so customers can bring their car to their location for easier removal of necessary components. With over 30 years of experience in the industry and friendly customer service staff on hand, Novella’s Auto Wrecking has become a trusted partner in helping local customers find what they need while responsibly disposing of used cars and other vehicles.

If you think you have ever had bad customer service think again. These people redefine the concept of rudeness. You can ask yourself when was the last time you called a business and got hung up because “they were busy” and when you went to their location and, asked to get help picking up a part you got cursed out and verbally thrown out instead? I only give them one star because there’s no option to give them less. This place is a joke and shouldn’t be in business. I don’t want anyone to think that I am exaggerating. In fact I am putting it mildly and you would save yourself this experience if you stay away from them.
1 year ago I had a great experience. Walked into the yard, told the guy I needed a sway bar and he pointed me where the dodges were. I pulled it, haggle over the price and went on my way with a replacement swaybar. Now I need a door and all of a sudden I can’t even see the truck it would come off of. Started spewing some bull about needing a mechanics license. As an ASE certified mechanic I told him there was no such thing but he stuck with it telling me I had to prove I was a mechanic to enter the yard. Arguing was futile and I left steaming
CALLED ABOUT A PART AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD IT AND TO COME DOWN FIRST BEFORE THEY WOULD CONFIRM. DROVE DOWN AND WAITED 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CONFIRMED THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART. SENT ME TO THEIR NEW MILFORD LOCATION AND SOLD ME A PART THAT THEY SAID WAS GOOD AND TESTED. THE PART WAS BAD. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND NO REFUND FOR THE BAD PART.
If i could give 0 stars i would, worst experience ever. Customer service? there was no service rude people, will not listen to your problems all they want is your wallet. Do not go there save you the time
