Plethora of auto parts at just a call, the guys on the phone were very thorough and helpful

Almost always has what my husband needs, efficient, organized, and the cleanest Auto Salvage we’ve ever seen. Prices usually better than most locally.

I was unsure of ordering salvage parts on line, but I had great results. My issue took several different parts before I figured out the issue. One of the parts they didn’t even charge me for because it didn’t fix my problem. Very friendly and they sent parts promptly!

Worst customer service experience of my entire life. ***hole behind the counter laughed in my face and treated me like an idiot when I asked to see the parts I was trying to buy. Told me that when we spoke on the phone I was explicitly told I had to call ahead but I DID NOT SPEAK TO THIS MAN PEROSNALLY as another employee took my call. Repeatedly directed my attention to a sign that read no customers in the yard and laughed.. If they didn’t have the parts I needed and I could have gotten them anywhere else within a 50 mile radius I would have paid 2x what I paid here. Hope this business fails. Please shop anywhere else. Cant believe a place like this exists in the modern age. The reviews say it all..

Paid $1200 for an engine swap on my grand prix, and they gave me an engine with a blown main seal. How do you give somone an engine with a blown MAIN SEAL? Their response was, “Seals aren’t covered under the 30 day warranty, but we will work this out with you.” So i give him, Todd the Owner, my number and a week later still havent heard from him. So i call him and he plays stupid like he has no idea who i am.
I will never go to this place again and i highly recommend no one else does. Nothing but con-artists and rip offs.
Thanks for robbing me for $1200.

Response to the owner: ON THE RECIEPT IT DOES NOT STATE THAT SEALS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE 30 DAY WARRANTY!
I CAN POST A PICTURE OF THE RECEIPT PROVING THIS TO BE TRUE!
AND I NEVER SAID ID REMOVE MY REVIEW, I SAID I WOULD CHANGE MY REVIEW BECAUSE IF YOU REFUNDED MY MONEY ID ACTUALLY BE A HAPPY CUSTOMER, SINCE YOU DID THE RIGHT THING, AND THEN I COULD ACTUALLY AFFORD TO FIX MY CAR PROPERLY!
