I had contacted this place of business for a part for my car and they said they had that part and proceeding to take all of my card information over the phone like I was paying for this part and told me that they would contact me later that day when they got the part removed &read to pick up so I waited until the next day and never had heard anything from them so I contacted them and they proceeded to inform me that they didn’t have the part I needed so I asked them why they would tell me they had the part & take my card information when they didn’t have the part and was told that’s how they have always done business !!!! LOL SO LOOK OUT I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!

Customer service was lacking in the “friendly” department, employees weren’t too excited to buy used catalytic converter parts, but did at a much lower cost than for what we were wanting. Will try another salvage yard with hopefully better service and offers. FYI: if it’s raining or the ground is wet, the “parking lot/driveway” will be one big mud puddle. Bring your dirty work boots!

Cars used to be organized by make, but are now in no particular order, making it take a long time to find anything. They also tend to ask a lot for small items that are unlikely to be bought by anyone else. UPDATE: Pricing has been better lately due to staff changes.
