Needed a transmission for one of our trucks, drove up 2 1/2 hrs and bought it, found out it was the wrong fit from the shop we took it to, so we had to return it. They made it easy for us (we returned it within a week). Customer service was good, was treated well. Don’t see a reason not to return. Thank you!

I called everyday for 4 days to get verification of a part that they have. They verified on the 4th day that they had my part off and sitting in front of them so i gave a credit card number and they said it would be mailed out on the next business day a week later never got my parts
They gave us great service, a great price, and a great product can’t complain but it’s a little ways out there
I have never in my life had such poor customer service. It seems like none of the guys there want or are willing to help. It’s almost as if they don’t want to sell stuff. I finally gave up with them and went to Mark’s Salvage where the whole experience was a million times better. I wasted almost 2 days on Chesney’s. Save your time and go to Mark’s or Hwy 210. Both places are a million times better than here.
