Would be ZERO stars if I only had the option! Don’t waste your time or money with these losers!!! HORRIBLE “customer service”, (if you even wanna call it that). Old hag that works in the front obviously hates her job and takes it out on the customers that come in and only want to be treated like they’re appreciated, instead of an inconvenience. I wouldn’t step another foot in this place, even if THEY paid me to take their parts, (if they ever had anything I needed, WHICH THEY NEVER DO!).

Even though they didn’t have what I needed the lady was friendly enough to look online and tell me where to find what I needed in tazwell , thanks alot, I guess computers are good for something☺

That lady that answered the phone she is a very rude person I will not even buy a nut or a bolt they even that was the last place to bye I would do with out She needs to be fired
