Been coming here for almost 10 years, it was a nice alternative to wrench a part but unfortunately the customer service has fallen off a cliff. They will talk down to you and have a condescending attitude for seemingly no reason at all. Harold’s is a far better experience in case customer service matters to you

I went there on Saturday to look for a door handle for my vehicle. When, I went in and went to the counter, I immediately was greeted and helped. The the guys at the counter assisted me. He look up my make and model but didn’t have any vehicles like mines on the lot.
