Called and asked about a pcm for a 2008 dodge ram, as I already called orileys and they said that there is 4 different ones that go to that truck , so when I talked to rick at 2 & 92 , he said they could order that part . I explained to him that there is 4 different pcm’s that go to that dodge ram and he said they had one and that it was the one for that truck, and I asked rick, “if that part doesn’t work on my truck can I return it?” And he said yes , so for starter’s rick doesn’t even know his parts and the part isn’t the right part and did not work on my truck. So I called and told rick that , that part in fact was not the right part and did not work on my truck and asked for a refund , then he claimed that , that was the right part and if I returned it I would have to pay $50 shipping and 10% restocking. Rick never mentioned anything about me having to pay shipping on the part if I returned it, I have the receipt that has a 30 day warranty, and Rick said he’d return most of my money , and trying to charge me $60 some dollars to return a faulty part and the wrong part to begin with . Nothing but a RIpoff. I will NEVERdo business with that lowlife scumbag again

Staff was courteous and friendly. As the name states, their main business is pickup trucks and semis/buses, but they have some cars. Unfortunately, most those cars are really picked over. But, since that’s not their main business and trucks are, I can’t fault them for that.
However, their prices are high, at least for the items I was quoted. Their prices need to come down about 20% to make it better than buying the same thing new online. It’s a junkyard, so the prices should be cheaper than new, not the same or more than new. But, again, trucks are their main business, so perhaps they don’t have as good of a grasp on what used car parts should cost.
