If you want to sell scrap metal, They will only pay for steel. Technically, they will buy your copper aluminum, etc. But they will just give a scrap steel price. But there is always an employee there to help you unload. A few months ago I purchased a used fuel pump from them that was defective. It was almost a week later when I went to return it, and was a little worried that they wouldn’t give me another one seen as how the one I got was the only one that they had at the time. But since I had the receipt there was absolutely no problem at all and exchanging it. I had to wait three or four days for them to take another one off of a vehicle, but totally worth it for the money I was saving. That’s really the only experience I have on the used parts side but refreshingly was a positive one.

Couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I bought a pair of H3 seats and center console, paid for them over the phone and picked them up a few days later. Items were ready when I arrived and in excellent condition. Before I bought them, the employees went out of their way to get additional pictures sent to me. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you!
