Absolutely great part and solid service! Not only that they sold me a fantastic Mercedes engine with honestly advertised miles, but also the way it was pulled and crated is truly praiseworthy. It is hard to find good people like these guys in salvage business.
Terrible we ordered a transmission 3 months ago. Paid in advance. They have made numerous excuses. Still no tyranny. Will have to hire legal.
Me: I’m looking for a GM engine that comes in various models so i can tear down and rebuild with forged internals. I’m looking to purchase several engines today.(I never said core, or block)
Guy: I don’t have any.
Me: How would you know what you have if i never told what it is..
I was willing to spend $800-$1,250 cash today.

On their website they stated they had the part I needed. I called to double check and they were very rude. They hung up the phone on me mid sentence. Terrible customer service.
Brought me the wrong part. Then wanted to exchange it and they were VERY rude and then I just wanted a refund. Gary said he would take it back and refund me and said to not call them for anymore parts! The delivery driver is very polite to good for that place maybe he should be the one to run things! I send customers there daily but definitely will not anymore horrible management. What a joke. I’m just glad I was able to get a refund. If they ever get different staff I wouldn’t mind using them.
